Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Conditions

Recurring Charges

If you authorize a recurring charge to your financial account (which may include, but is not limited to, a bank account, debit account, credit or charge card account, and Bitcoin account), you certify that you are an authorized user of that account, and you agree that your authorization will remain in effect until you cancel it in writing or we terminate your access to the Resources. Your notice to us in writing must be received by us at least 15 calendar days prior to the next billing date. You also agree to notify DocsConnect LLC in writing, at least 15 calendar days prior to the next billing date, of any changes to your financial account information (including, but not limited to, the account holder name, account number, routing number, expiration date, CCV or other security code) that would prevent the recurring charge from processing.

If the date on which a recurring charge falls is a weekend or holiday, you understand that the payment or payments you have authorized may be executed on the next business day. For ACH debits to your checking or savings account, you understand that because these are electronic transactions, the payment funds may be withdrawn from your account immediately on the periodic transaction dates.

If an ACH transaction is rejected for non-sufficient funds (NSF), you understand that DocsConnect LLC may, at its discretion, attempt to process the charge again within thirty days, and you also agree to an additional charge in an amount equal to any fee charged to DocsConnect LLC by its bank and the ACH processor as a direct result of the NSF event for your recurring payment, which additional charge will be initiated as a separate transaction from the authorized recurring payment.

You acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to your account must comply with the laws of the United States of America. You agree not to dispute these scheduled transactions with your financial account company so long as the transactions correspond to the provisions of this Recurring Charges section.

If you terminate the recurring payment authorization, and so long as you are not in violation of this User Agreement, you will still have access to the Resources through the end of the billing period for which payment has been received by us, in fully collected funds. However you agree that no refund of the payment for use of the Resources will occur if you terminate your authorization or if you terminate your use of the Resources.

Errors in Prices

In the event that any of our Resources are mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any of the Resources listed at the incorrect price. DocsConnect LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled for the reasons stated in this paragraph, DocsConnect LLC will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, www.docsconnect.com may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with us, we have no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of us. You agree that you access such third-party sites at your own risk. Nonetheless, we desire to protect the integrity of www.docsconnect.com and the links placed upon it and therefore we request and appreciate any feedback not only on our own site, but for the sites linked to through www.docsconnect.com (including if a specific link does not work).

DocsConnect LLC’s failure to enforce, strictly or otherwise, any part of this User Agreement will not be construed as a waiver of any other part.
